City Manager’s Reports

2023 was a year bursting with new exciting changes at the City of Pinole. In 2023, Pinole experienced many “firsts” including its first ever Earth Walk and Pinole Pride event. The City met several goals while maintaining a solid financial position and further expanded the ways in which we engage with the community. The City looks forward to 2024, which will be another productive year focused on modernization, planning implementation, and dynamic community engagement.

2022 was a very productive year at the City of Pinole, and many exciting changes took place in the City organization and in the community. The City expanded its events and programs, increased communication and engagement, improved service and efficiency, and maintained a strong financial position. We are looking forward to another fruitful year in 2023, and have many exciting things planned. Like communities across the United States, the City weathered the challenges created by COVID-19. The City was nonetheless able to complete many special projects during 2021 and has many more planned for 2022. The City intends for 2022 to be a year of reopening, engagement, and continuing to improve City services.
