Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that uses easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. This dance-inspired workout is set to upbeat Latin and international music, and will make you forget that you are exercising! The class takes place on Thursdays at 8:30 am in the Main Hall of the Senior Center.
