Wastewater Subcommittee Meeting
The Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 11 Tennent Ave in Pinole is a shared wastewater treatment plant between the cities of Pinole and Hercules, operated by City of Pinole staff. The Wastewater Subcommittee meets several times a year with representatives from both cities for discussing operations, engineering, budget, and all other subjects as they relate to the plant.
