This one-artist exhibition features local East Bay artist Mike Delcollo (The Daydream Maker). A lifelong pursuit of fine arts has led Mike to painting and portraiture. He is proud to present Faces in Time: a collection of daydreams of people captured in time. Please join us for an art reception on Tuesday, September 15, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at City Hall.
