Letter of Intent to Respond to Request for Proposals for Plan Check, Engineering, and On-Call Staffing Services: Submission Form

This form allows consultants to submit a Letter of Intent to Respond to the upcoming Request for Proposals for Plan Check, Engineering, and On-Call Staffing Services for the Community Development and Public Works Departments of the City of Pinole. Submitting a Letter of Intent is optional and does not replace the formal proposal process, nor does failure to submit a letter prevent a firm from submitting a proposal. Firms that upload a Letter of Intent will receive all written questions and answers distributed during the RFP period. Letters of Intent must be submitted by October 26, 2026.
