Pinole Community Television (PCTV) is excited to launch our new membership program for youth, senior, community organizations and business passionate about creating and sharing local media. Become a PCTV member today and help us chronicle Pinole’s stories while gaining access to exclusive benefits!
Membership Benefits
- Access to Professional Equipment: Use PCTV’s studio, cameras, editing suites, and audio-visual gear to bring your ideas to life at discounted rates plus free use of basic equipment.
- Free Training: Learn mobile and broadcast production, video editing, and livestream skills through hands-on training.
- Broadcast Opportunities: Share your content on PCTV’s platforms, including local cable channels (Channel 26 and 28), the City website, YouTube, and Facebook, reaching Pinole and surrounding communities like Crockett, Rodeo, and El Sobrante.
- Event Booths: Free pop-up space at two City-sponsored events per year*
- Business Promotion: Discounted rates on sponsored ads*
- Special Announcements: Up to three special announcements (birthday, memorial, shout-outs) posted on PCTV per year.
- Networking and Collaboration: Join a vibrant community of creators, collaborate on production crews, and connect with local organizations and storytellers.
- Conference Room Usage: For groups of 6 or more, access to a conference room space at a City Facility*

Fill the PCTV Membership sign-up form below to submit your membership request and start creating with PCTV today! Once your request is received, our team will reach out to confirm your membership and schedule an orientation.
Note: All members must agree to PCTV’s Operating Rules, including responsible use of equipment and content guidelines (no profanity, violence, or hateful content). Membership fees support PCTV’s operations, equipment maintenance, and community programming.
