Rent top-notch cameras, microphones, and editing tools from PCTV to bring your Pinole stories to life. Whether it’s a family event or a community project, we’ve got you covered!
Available Gear: Hand-held HD video camera, Teleprompter, Microphones, Tripods, Lighting kits, Small/Large Projector and screen, Podium with built-in speakers and microphone
Rates: $10/day for cameras, $5/day for mics, $20/day full kit (discounted for members—see below).
Eligibility: Pinole Community Television (PCTV) offers equipment rentals for community members and organizations. Rental fees depend on your residency or organization type. Below is an overview of our pricing structure:
Public Access Fee: Available to Pinole residents and local non-profit organizations. This fee is roughly two times lower than the Standard Fee, supporting community access to PCTV resources.
Standard Fee: Applies to non-Pinole residents and businesses/commercial users. This fee reflects the full cost of equipment rental.
Process: Submit rental form, pick up at PCTV studio ( 635 Tennent Ave, Pinole, CA 94564), return within 7 days.

Fill the PCTV Membership sign-up form below to submit your membership request and start creating with PCTV today! Once your request is received, our team will reach out to confirm your membership and schedule an orientation.
Note: All members must agree to PCTV’s Operating Rules, including responsible use of equipment and content guidelines (no profanity, violence, or hateful content). Membership fees support PCTV’s operations, equipment maintenance, and community programming.
PCTV Membership Sign-Up
Below are the rental fees for the Outdoor Movie Package, available for Pinole community events. Prices are listed for both Standard Fee (non-Pinole residents, businesses/commercial use) and Public Access Fee (Pinole residents, local non-profit organizations).
Note: Fees are for the event duration. The base price applies to both weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and weekends (Friday-Sunday). Verify your eligibility when booking. Interested parties must complete a project proposal that will be reviewed by PCTV to determine required staff, technical services, and any needed equipment for the proposed project. Any additional needed equipment fees charged separately. For questions or to confirm availability, contact the City of Pinole at PCTVstaff@pinole.gov.
