Public Works
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a multi-year tool used to identify the City’s capital needs and schedule capital improvement projects over the upcoming five-year period.
Capital improvements include the design, purchase, construction, maintenance, or improvement of public capital assets (i.e., streets, parks, buildings, etc.). The projects in the CIP fall into the following broad categories: • Facility maintenance
• Parks
• Sewer collection and treatment
• Stormwater
• Streets and roads
• Infrastructure assessments.
