Public Works
The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a multi-year tool used to identify the City’s capital needs and schedule capital improvement projects over the upcoming five-year period.
Capital improvements include the design, purchase, construction, maintenance, or improvement of public capital assets. The projects in the CIP fall into the following broad categories:
• Facility maintenance
• Parks
• Sewer collection and treatment
• Stormwater
• Streets and roads
• Infrastructure assessments.
