Who is Pinole TV’s target audience?
icon

The channel is televised throughout the City of Pinole and in the surrounding communities of Crockett, Rodeo, El Sobrante, and Tara Hills and worldwide via web streaming.

How long has Pinole TV existed?
icon

For over 40 years, Pinole Community Television has existed to educate, inform, and to provide an open forum to all voices in the community.

Can I privately view a production done by Pinole Community TV?
icon

Yes, you are welcome to schedule with PCTV staff to come down to the PCTV studio to view publicly available archives. Send us an e-mail so we can work out the details.

Will Pinole Community TV make copies of shows they produced?
icon

Generally, yes. Please e-mail to find out pricing. We do charge for making copies to cover material, equipment wear’n’tear, and staff costs to make copies. We will make copies of shows we produce, including football games, holiday events, and council meetings. Many of our programs are available for downloading. In some cases, we are able to schedule shows at a convenient time to copy off the air if you live in the area, just contact us to arrange the details.

What is the best display format for your bulletin board?
icon

We can put as much text and images as you would like with very few limitations. We find though that too much information on one page makes it hard for the viewer to ‘take it all in’. We suggest using 8 lines with 32 characters per line format, as it seems to hold just the right amount of information.  Longer messages may be aired as a crawl page based on the judgement of the PCTV staff for readability of the viewers.
Aside from our Bulletin Board Form on our website, you are also welcome to contact us about sending us messages in e-mail form, or in attachments.

Can I send you my non-profit organization’s event flyer to be posted on your bulletin board?
icon

Certainly! Send us an e-mail requesting our contact phone number and we will supply you with the needed information. Please read the next FAQ before considering sending us a flyer
