The City of Pinole’s Communications Department is responsible for developing and leading the City’s overall communication strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent messaging to the community. Working under the direction of the City Manager, the department manages media relations, public outreach, and technological communication tools to keep residents informed and engaged with City programs, services, and initiatives. The department also oversees interdepartmental projects, provides policy guidance, and supports City leadership in effectively sharing information with the public.
