Application for Special Inspection and Testing Agencies to Apply to be on the City's Recognized List

A review fee is required when submitting this application. The FY 2025/26 review fee is $398. Payments made through Stripe include a convenience fee of 2.9% of the transaction plus $0.30 per transaction, for a total review fee of $410.20.

The review fee includes up to two (2) hours of staff review time. Any additional review time beyond two hours will be charged in half-hour increments at the current hourly rate.

Special Inspection Agency applications must be renewed every three years.
