Application for Special Inspection and Testing Agencies to Apply to be on the City's Recognized List

A review fee is required when submitting this application. The FY 2025/26 review fee is $398. Payments made through Stripe include a convenience fee of 2.9% of the transaction plus $0.30 per transaction, for a total review fee of $410.20.

The review fee includes up to two (2) hours of staff review time. Any additional review time beyond two hours will be charged in half-hour increments at the current hourly rate.

Special Inspection Agency applications must be renewed every three years.

How to pay:
• To pay online, use the Stripe button on the right. You will be taken to the City of Pinole’s Stripe payment page. After you have paid please check your email for the Stripe receipt number. You WILL NEED THIS to complete this form.

to arrange payment.
