Main Hall

Senior Center Main Hall

The main hall is approximately 4,000 square feet and can seat up to 250 people depending on room layout. This hall can be used for weddings, receptions, classes, meetings and parties. A well-kept oak floor makes this room ideal for events that include dancing. There is parking in the lot located in front of the center, as well as an additional overflow lot.

Facility Deposit (Refundable): $500.00                             
Deposit With Alcohol (Refundable): $600.00

Change of Date Fee (When completed with a written notice 76 days or more in advance of event): $75

Change of Date Fee (When completed with a written notice 75 days or less in advance of event): $100      

Hourly Fees

First 5 hours
Resident: $750.00
Non-Resident: $900.00

Additional Hours
Decorating Time/ Clean Up Time (2 hr max): $60/hr
Extra hours Resident: $75/hr            
Extra hours Non-Resident: $90/hr

Stage Options: 8ft $100, 16ft $200, 24ft $300

Portable Mobile Bar $50

Additional Fees
Event Security: $40/hour per security guard. An additional guard will be added during the event for renters who choose to possess/ consume alcohol during the event.

1-74 Attendees (One Guard)

150-250 Attendees (Three Guards)


Meeting Rooms

Senior Center Meeting Rooms

The Pinole Senior Center offers 2 different meeting rooms, ranging in capacity from 15-40 people. These spaces are ideal for one-on-one meetings with clients, Board Meetings, business presentations, etc. Rooms are furnished with tables and chairs.
