Welcome to pinole tiny tots
Our mission is to provide an affordable, fun, learning experience for the preschool age children in our community and neighboring communities.
Coming in Fall 2026…Am classes with the option to extend the day!
The City of Pinole Community Services Department offers two programs for children 3 to 5 years of age. These programs are designed to offer children both a social and educational experience. Activities include age-appropriate academics, crafts, cutting with scissors, using glue, painting, circle time, show & tell, music, science, and story time.
Each Tiny Tots class consists of three 12-week sessions running from late August through early June. We also offer break week camps and weekly summer camps!
All participants must be completely potty-trained (no pull-ups) and provide a birth certificate along with proof of immunization during the first week of class.
A $60/$69 non-refundable membership fee is due at the time of registration for each fall – spring session. Proof of residency is required for Pinole resident rates (PG&E bill and driver’s license).
Online payments are accepted.

Sessions
The fall, winter, and spring program is divided into three 12-week sessions. A $60/69 non-refundable membership fee is due during the registration process for each session. A new registration and membership fee is required for each session a child attends.
Our newly revised summer schedule includes exciting weekly summer camps. We also offer Thanksgiving week camp, Winter Break week camps, President’s week camp, and Spring Break week camp. There are no membership fees due for weekly camps.

Fall Colors: August 25 – November 14, 2025
Winter in the Arctic: November 17, 2025 – March 6, 2026

How to Register for Tiny Tots Fall – Spring Programs
Priority registration is given to current participants and remaining spots will be available online on a first come first served basis.
Create an Account
Create a family account including yourself (adult) and your child. An adult must be added to the family account to make a payment. If you already have an account, you can simply log in.
Enroll your child in the Tiny Tots Membership
Your child must be enrolled in the Tiny Tots Membership that corresponds with the session you are registering for. (Ex: Tiny Tots Fall 2025 membership corresponds with the Tiny Tots Fall 2025 AM and T&TH classes.) Registration cannot be completed without the membership purchase. Summer and camp registrations excluded.
Add a Class or Activity
- Add a class or activity to your cart by clicking on Programs.
- Filter to Pinole Tiny Tots in the left side column.
- Select the preferred class.
- Click Register.
Fill Out the Required Online Forms
Fill out the required online forms. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your driver’s license/CA ID along with your child’s birth certificate, immunization record and a wallet size photo during the first week of class.  If you are currently enrolled, you may not need to complete this step.
Pay for Your Classes Online
Pay for your classes online. All camp fees are due at the time of enrollment.
Fall through Spring only – You may also choose to only pay the membership fee at this time. A payment plan will be attached to your invoice and payments will then be due monthly or per schedule for summer classes.

Early Learning Class
The Tuesday-Thursday Early Learning class for 3-year-olds is designed for a child’s first group learning experience. Activities emphasize social skills, following directions, small and large motor development, and an introduction to shapes, colors, and sizes.
Requirements:
- Children must turn 3 by September 1st to enroll.
- All participants must be completely potty-trained (no pull-ups).
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- A copy of the child’s immunization record.
Days and Time
AM
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
Fees
- Pinole Resident: $240.00 per month or $720.00 per session
- Non-Resident: $276.00 per month or $828.00 per session

Pre-K Classes
Our M-W-F Pre-Kindergarten program for 4-year-olds builds on the skills learned in the Tuesday-Thursday class and introduce ideas and concepts they will need in kindergarten. This includes numbers (pre-math), letters (pre-reading), recognizing their printed name and writing it themselves. These classes offer age-appropriate activities that include academics, crafts, painting, circle time, show and tell, music, science, and story time. We also offer further opportunities to develop their fine and large motor skills.
Requirements:
- Children must be eligible for kindergarten the following fall.
- Children must turn 4 years old by December 1st to enroll.
- All participants must be completely potty-trained (no pull-ups).
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
- A copy of the child’s immunization record.

AM
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
PM
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.
Fees
- Pinole Resident: $360.00 per month or $1,080.00 per session
- Non-Resident: $414.00 per month or $1,242.00 per session

Summer Camps (Ages 3-5)
Pinole camps are the perfect place to make new friends and explore engaging activities including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor fun! Camp runs daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Campers must be completely toilet trained (no pull-ups)
During first week of program, a birth certificate with proof of vaccination must be submitted.
Activities include:
– Themed arts and crafts projects
– Sports and active outdoor play
– Musical activities
– Classic camp games
What campers should bring:
– Refillable water bottle
– Packed (Nut-Free) lunch & snacks
– Closed-toed shoes for safe play
– Jacket/ Coat for cool weather
